P-values were determined using Mann-Whitney U test and Fisher’s Exact test, comparing the PHP-1a group with each control group. BMI z-scores were calculated as standard deviations from the mean using gender and age specific Centers for Disease Control growth charts. *BMI data was not available for 2 siblings.
